 Drinking any cold drink or water with meals is very harmful because cold water converts the oily substances in your food that you have just eaten into solid form.  This makes digestion very slow.  When it reacts with acids, it breaks down and is quickly absorbed by the intestines more quickly than solid food.  It collects in the intestines.  Then soon it turns into fat and causes the development of cancer.

 Therefore, it is best to drink hot soup or lukewarm water after a meal.  A glass of lukewarm water should be drunk just before sleeping.  This will prevent blood clots and save you from a heart attack.
